Works with iCloud Sync

Your assistant reads the Peptide Log records you sync to your private iCloud database.

In Peptide Log, open iCloud Sync in Data & Sync settings and turn on Sync with iCloud. Let your records finish uploading, then connect your assistant using the same Apple Account.

Peptide Log prepares your records automatically during sync. Open the app to sync recent changes. New uploads may take a little longer to appear in your assistant. If records are missing, check the status in iCloud Sync. iCloud backups alone do not make your records available to the connection.

Household records

Injection, weight and symptom history belong to individual profiles. Inventory, peptide definitions and orders belong to a household and are shared across its profiles when you grant those categories.

Claude

The button opens Claude with the name and server address already filled in.

1. Sign in to Claude if asked, then review and confirm the prefilled Peptide Log connection.
2. Choose Connect. Sign in with the Apple Account you use in Peptide Log and select your profiles and permissions.
3. Return to Claude and ask about your records.

If your workspace manages connectors, an administrator may need to enable access. You can also add Peptide Log manually in Claude’s connector settings using the address below.

Server address

Use this address to connect another assistant or set up a connector manually.

ChatGPT

Add a custom MCP connection using the server address, then sign in and choose what to share. Availability depends on your account and workspace settings.

Claude Code

Run this command in your terminal:

Enter /mcp in Claude Code and authenticate Peptide Log. Complete the Apple sign-in and choose your access in the browser.

Manage your connection

Change what you share

Open your connections and choose Edit access beside an assistant. Select your profiles and permissions, then save. The assistant stays connected.

Reconnect iCloud

If Apple asks you to sign in again, reconnect iCloud with the same Apple Account. Your existing assistants and permissions stay in place. Then retry your question.

If Apple offers Keep me signed in, select it to request longer access. Apple may still ask you to sign in again.

Your privacy

Only approved data is sent through Peptide Log’s Cloudflare service to your AI provider. Your Apple password stays with Apple. The connection is read-only and cannot change your records.

You can disconnect an assistant at any time. This stops future access; it cannot remove information already shared in a conversation. Turning off iCloud Sync stops new changes from that device being uploaded; it does not disconnect an assistant from records already in iCloud.

What the service stores

Encrypted iCloud authorization and a sync checkpoint, search-readiness flags, connection permissions and a short activity history. Health records and tool responses are processed temporarily in memory, without being saved to a database. A read can continue for up to five minutes; completed results can be reused for up to one minute for pagination.

Available data

The connection reads your private iCloud dataset. Shared household participation, photos and attachments are not supported. Weight history, full inventory and orders each have a separate permission. Recorded schedules show entries already generated by the app. A calculated plan preview can show recurring plan slots separately; it does not determine whether a dose is still due. Unsynced changes may not appear yet.
